About Coach Eleanor: I’m a dedicated endurance coach and competitive runner with a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. As a post-collegiate distance runner logging high weekly mileage and racing at a high level, I bring both personal experience and evidence-based training principles into every program I design. My background as a physical therapy student also allows me to integrate injury prevention, strength work, and smart progression into training. My mission is to empower runners of all levels to train with purpose, stay healthy, and build confidence through consistent, intentional work. I believe in individualized coaching that meets athletes where they are and pushes them toward sustainable, long-term success.
