5K Home Run supporting Family Promise of Lawrence

Join us on Monday, May 25th at 8:30am for the annual Home Run 5K. One of larger Spring fundraisers with all proceeds directly benefiting local children and their families who are experiencing a housing crisis.

This race is perfect for seasoned racers, walkers, kids and strollers and pets on a leash are welcome too! Make plans to visit our enhanced Kids Zone, complete with a large bounce house from our friends at ATEC Services LLC.

The first 100 runners that sign up will receive a swag bag. And the first 50 volunteers will be entered to win a $25 giftcard.

Registration is just $30 and teams of 4 or more can save $5 per person. This is an in-person or virtual event, open for any and all participation.

Don’t want to run or walk, we have volunteer opportunities as well.

All participants receive a race T-shirt. This event is professionally chip-timed by Let's Go Run

Prizes will be awarded for the top in-person male and female overall and master’s (40+) finishers, and the top 2 male and female finishers in these age groups: 18 & under.

The largest youth team (18 and under) will win free food certificates or gift cards and we'll have awards for greatest fundraising amount raised with peer to peer fundraising.
