This event offers both an in-person 5K on Saturday, July 11, 2026, and a virtual option for those who prefer to participate remotely. Runners can look forward to a goodie bag including a t-shirt, finisher medal, and bib number, with shirts guaranteed for early registrants. It's an opportunity to join the community for a memorable morning.

Join the Youngstown Air Reserve Base Community Council for the 9th annual "5K on the Runway" taking place on Saturday, July 11th, 2026, at 8:00am.
Packet pick-up and registration - 7:00am.
Opening ceremonies - 7:45am.
Race Start - 8:00am
We also have a virtual option available for participants not racing in person. Your goodie bag includes a t-shirt, finisher medal and bib number. You may choose to have your goodie bag shipped for $10 or can pick up your packet on race day.
