Summer Running Camp for Middle and High Schoolers held at historic Trinity Parish downtown St. Augustine. With Coach Josh Morton Head Track and Field & Cross-Country Coach ASCM Certified Personal Trainer * Limited Spots Available * Each day we will have a warm-up and run through historic Lincolnville.

We will also cover the following topics: Run safety, nutrition, conditioning Types of running: track, road, and trail Yoga, flexibility, stress relief Injury prevention and recovery Friday race prep for the Bridge of Lions 5k on July 11, 2026 Parents are free to join workout sessions We will prepare to run the Bridge of Lions 5k on July 11th 2026. Participants of the camp will get a $10 discount and can register for Bridge of Lions 5k at the following link: https://runsignup. com/Race/Info/FL/StAugustine/BridgeofLions5K All camp participants will receive a t-shirt and other goodies! Because ACRR's Mission is to promote running/walking as part of a healthy lifestyle, we strongly encourage families to run together.
