Join the 5th Annual Alamosa Veterans Memorial Park Race, a meaningful event designed to honor veterans and support the local Veterans Memorial Park. Kicking off Veteran's Week, this race offers 5K and 10K options on a flat course, starting and ending at the Alamosa Family Recreation Center. Participants can look forward to post-race refreshments, an awards ceremony, and a commemorative long-sleeve running shirt. It's a welcoming event for runners, walkers, and families to gather and contribute to a worthy cause.

A salute to Vets to kick off Veteran's Week and to raise funds for Alamosa's Veterans Memorial Park. Join us for the 5th Annual Veterans Memorial Park Race. 5k and 10k race options are available. The race will once again start and end at the Alamosa Family Recreation Center, 2222 Old Sanford Rd, Alamosa, CO 81101. The 10k race repeats 5k lap twice. The race route is to be determined and will be posted as soon as it's finalized. Food, drinks, and an awards ceremony will follow the race. Walkers, runners, and strollers are welcome!. Families are also welcome to have some fun and cheer on the runners/walkers!

Proceeds from race registration fees go towards supporting the Alamosa Veterans Memorial Park. Race registration includes a long sleeve running shirt and post-race refreshments.
