Celebrating its 57th year, this two-day Scottish festival is a vibrant event featuring world-class Highland Dance, bagpipes, drumming, Scottish athletic events, music, children’s games, and craft shows. Your race entry includes a wristband for festival grounds access, inviting you to immerse yourself in Alma's rich Scottish heritage and enjoy a full day or weekend of festivities.

As shirt sizes become unavailable they will not show up for you to select. Once sizes are gone, they are unavailable. Select a size that is still available or select "none" when you register. The Alma Highland Festival Series of Races includes a Kids Fun Run, a 5K run, & a 5K walk. We will not be hosting a 10K event this year.
Anyone aged 11 and up who registers for the race (5K Run/Walk) will receive a wristband good for entry onto the grounds of the Highland Festival. Kids aged 10 and under are free and do not need a wristband for entry.
The Alma Highland Festival is one of the nation’s premiere Scottish Festivals, celebrating Alma’s rich Scottish heritage. Now, in it’s 57th year, the Festival is a two-day event filled with world-class Highland Dance competitions, Bagpipes and Drumming, Scottish athletic events, multiple music venues displaying Scottish talent, children’s games, reenactment events, craft shows and much more. Many families enjoy the Festival Race and then spend the rest of the day, or the entire weekend at the Festival events. Come see why Alma is known as Scotland USA!
Registration fee for the 5K Run/Walk includes: wristband to enter into festival grounds ($20 value) and race tee.
