Join the Bruce Museum, Greenwich United Way (GUW), and Greenwich Road Runners in celebrating a historic milestone. One of Greenwich's signature events honoring America’s 250th anniversary will take place on June 6, 2026. This festive event kicks off at the iconic Bruce Museum, with the 1-Mile Run starting at 8:00AM and the 5K beginning at 8:30AM. Whether you’re running, jogging, or strolling, participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to enjoy a scenic course in Bruce Park and a spirited celebration of our nation’s past and future. After crossing the finish line, stick around for post-run refreshments, awards, entertainment, and enjoy free access to the Bruce Museum, making it a perfect day of fitness, history, and family fun in the heart of Greenwich. Net proceeds will go towards children's programming at the Bruce and GUW. #USA250👟🎉

5K Age Group Awards : 12 and under, 13 - 18, 19 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69, 70-79, 80+. Top three male and female, in each age category, receives a medal.

1 Mile Fun Run : Participation medals to all kids.
