Anchored invites you to join us for the 4th Annual Be Kind To Your Mind 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run in Downtown Jesup.
This event was created to bring our community together around an important message: BE KIND TO YOUR MIND BECAUSE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS. Through movement, connection, and shared stories, we aim to raise awareness for mental health, suicide prevention, and improved access to mental health and recovery services in our community.
Whether you're an experienced runner, a casual walker, or simply someone who believes in supporting mental wellness, this event is for you!

🏃 1 Mile Fun Run – 8:00 AM
🏃♀️ 5K – 8:30 AM
🗺 Run route map will be provided the morning of the event

Wave Runners help create a ripple effect for mental health awareness and support.
Participants in this category commit to raising a minimum of $150 to support Anchored’s mental health programs and services. As a thank you, Wave Runners will receive an exclusive Wave Runner event shirt and recognition for helping move the mission forward.
