The 14th Annual Andrew Monroe Memorial Scholarship 5K Run/Walk takes place on the #1 Rated Siesta Key Beach in beautiful Sarasota, Florida The event provides scholarships for further education to Riverview High School Senior Soccer players, JROTC Cadets and Track Athletes, If there are remaining funds they will continue to grow the Sarasota Community Foundation Scholarship's in Andrew's name. Andrew so LOVED soccer that his parents wanted to keep his legacy of education alive. He also had a heart for the unfortunate.

PLEASE BRING A CAN OR TWO OF FOOD FOR MAYORS FEED THE HUNGRY

AND OLD SHOES AND CLOTHINH GOR RESURRECTION HOUSE

The event includes pre-race Starbucks coffee with a color guard and national anthem opening. Following the race stop by the door prize board to see if you won one of our roughly 175 door prizes. Hang around to see if you placed in the race! ! ! We give trophies to Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, Sr. Grand Masters, Veteran Grand Master as well as 6 deep in each category with 3 deep receiving a medal. "5 year age groups to 90 and above" The goodie bags are filled with pretty awesome goodies as well. ONLY TO THE FIRST 350 registrants Check out our website www.andrewmonroe.com.
