16th Annual Mother's Day 5k

Proceeds benefit Hospice Care of Middletown.

LOCATION: Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum, 1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown. Participant parking across the street at Rosa Parks Elementary School and Barnitz Stadium.

EVENT DESCRIPTION: Flat course on paved trails through beautiful historic cemetery and arboretum. Chip timed 5K for runners and race walkers (Competitive walkers must walk ONLY ). Shorter course loops available for recreational walkers (without chip timing). Dogs are not permitted in the cemetery.

REGISTRATION: Pre-registration $15.00 (by April 19th for shirt) Race Day registration $20.00. No registration fee for children 5 and under. Check-in and race day registration begins at 7:30 AM.

T-SHIRT PRICES: $12.00 for cotton or performance t-shirt. Race Day registration t-shirts will be available while supplies last. Cutoff Date: T-shirt and memorial sign cutoff date is April 19th.

EARLY PACKET PICK-UP : Friday, May 8th from 10a-4p and Saturday, May 9th from 9a-12noon. Hospice Care Office: 4418 Lewis St B, Middletown, OH 45044

AWARDS: RUNNERS: Overall male/female and top 3 M/F in each age group; 12 and under, 13-19, then 5 yr. intervals through 75-79, then 80+

WALKERS: Top 3 male and female and top M/F in each age group; under 29, 30-49, 50-69, 70-79, 80+ Competitive Walkers must walk ONLY! If you are seen running at any point along the course you will be moved to the runner's competition.

POST-RACE: Snacks, drinks and lots of door prizes (must be pre-registered and present to win). Results will be posted here on the race website and brunningendurance.com
