backwaters, biking on paved roads, and running on grass/ dirt trails. It has been described as an intermediate-level event in terms of difficulty. Past participants have found it a fun, low-key, friendly competition and have enjoyed participating with friends and family members. Teams can be made up of two or three members. Medals will be awarded to the 1st-place teams in the men's, women's, and mixed categories, as well as 1st-3rd places in seven categories for Individuals.
