The 44th Annual Black Bear Run invites you to experience the scenic trails of the Hiawatha Sportsman’s Club in Engadine, MI. This event offers 6K and 12K distances, with courses featuring a mix of pavement and gravel. Runners can look forward to a dry-fit t-shirt and the chance to earn trophies for overall wins or medals for top age division finishes across both distances. From the organizer
The 44th Annual Black Bear Run takes you through scenic trails of the Hiawatha Sportsman’s Club. The course is a combination of pavement and gravel.
All runs and walks start at 8 AM.
12K starts at Engadine High School. 6K participants are bused to start. Buses for 6K participants will leave Engadine High School at 7:30 AM, or you can be dropped off. Buses are also available for transportation back to the high school. Each runner gets a dry-fit t-shirt Trophies are presented to the overall winners.
1st, 2nd, & 3rd place medals awarded to male and female winners of the 12K Run, 6K Run, and 6K Walk for each age division.
Age Divisions: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up
