For a CauseThe 19th Annual BVRMC AWARE 5K offers a meaningful walk/run experience in Storm Lake, Iowa. Starting and finishing at Buena Vista Regional Medical Center, the course includes a scenic stretch along the beautiful Storm Lake. This event is dedicated to supporting individuals undergoing cancer treatment at BVRMC, with all proceeds contributing directly to this vital cause. Participants are invited to join for a refreshing morning and to make a positive impact within the community.
What to expect
- * Enjoy a 5K walk/run that begins and ends at Buena Vista Regional Medical Center.
- * Experience a course featuring a beautiful stretch along Storm Lake.
- * Strollers are welcome for children without registration, but no dogs or wheeled devices on course.
From the organizer
The 19th Annual 5K walk/run presented by Buena Vista Regional Medical Center begins and ends at the hospital and runs along a portion of Storm Lake's beautiful lake. Proceeds support those in treatment for cancer at BVRMC. Donations are welcome and can be made through the event website at time of registration.
No dogs, in-line skates, skateboards, scooters or bikes on course. No registration necessary for children in strollers.
