From the organizer
At Cameron’s House of Hope, we are honored to host our very first 5K Walk/Run to support the children we serve. This special event helps us raise funds to continue providing counseling, tutoring, and a safe, loving environment for children impacted by parental substance use disorder. Whether you choose to walk or run, every step you take helps provide hope, healing, and a brighter future for our kids.
The race will take place on the track and field behind Metrolina Christian Academy, with a 9:00 AM start time. This is a family-friendly event, and we encourage you to bring everyone! We’ll have vendors, face painting, coffee and breakfast trucks, and plenty of fun for all ages.
When you register, your registration fee includes a fun Cameron’s House race t-shirt and race bib. Bib and t-shirt pickup will take place during race week here at Cameron’s House of Hope, giving you the opportunity to see the sweet home you are running for and the lives you are helping impact. T-shirt cut off is April 2nd, so register before then in order to receive a t-shirt for the race.
Run for a cause. Walk with purpose. Have fun, and help us break the cycle, one step at a time.
