The CPHS Cross Country Booster Club proudly presents the Cedar Park Invitational, hosted at Cedar Park High School. This meet is designed to provide a competitive and well-organized racing environment for athletes of all levels, from elite varsity competitors to middle school runners and community participants.

The course features a well-marked 5K and 2-mile layout run primarily on grass and natural terrain, with a mix of open stretches, gradual turns, and spectator-friendly viewing areas. Timing and results will be managed to ensure accuracy and efficiency for all divisions. **Order of Events** Races will be conducted in the following sequence: * HS Division 1 Girls 5K (15 runners) * HS Division 1 Boys 5K (10 runners) * HS Division 2 Girls 2-Mile (10 runners) * HS Division 2 Boys 5K (10 runners) * HS JV Girls – 2-Mile (unlimited entries) * HS JV Boys – 5K (unlimited entries) * Middle School – Girls 2-Mile (unlimited entries) * Middle School – Boys 2-Mile (unlimited entries) * Fun Run / Club / Home School – Boys & Girls 2-Mile (unlimited entries) **Meet Format** The Division 1 races are limited-entry varsity competitions intended for top-performing athletes. Division 2 races provide additional varsity-level opportunities, while Junior Varsity races are open-entry to encourage participation and development. Middle school races offer younger athletes the opportunity to compete in a structured meet environment. The concluding fun run is open to all unattached runners, clubs, and homeschool participants. **Awards & Recognition** Awards will be presented to top individual finishers in each division. Team awards may be issued for Division 1 races based on scoring guidelines. **Meet Management** The CPHS XC Booster Club will oversee all meet operations, including course setup, athlete check-in, timing, and results distribution. Concessions, water stations, and medical support will be available on-site. This event emphasizes sportsmanship, community involvement, and a positive competitive experience for all competitors.
