Each month from June through September, athletes and families come together for a morning of fitness, fun, and Florida sunshine — with whimsical themes, great swag, and the perfect race for every level.

🔥 New for 2026: The Double Challenge! We’re turning up the excitement this year with the all-new DOUBLE Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike options! Race two full sprint courses back-to-back and earn major bragging rights. The Double Sprint Triathlon replaces the intermediate distance — and it’s your chance to push limits like never before.
