The Run 4 All 5K & 1 Mile event in Cortland, NY, is dedicated to supporting two local organizations focused on accessibility issues in Cortland County. This inclusive run/walk welcomes participants of all abilities to Yaman Park for a 5K or 1 Mile course. Your participation helps fund crucial accessibility initiatives, with an option to donate more if you are able. The event also features a resource fair, fostering community connection and support.

WHY ARE THE MULTIPLE RATES FOR THE SAME EVENT?

This race supports 2 local organizations working on accessibilities issues in Cortland County. We have lowered registration costs to make it more economically accessible for our community. If you are able to give more, please donate what you can to help our fundraising efforts. THANK YOU!

Last day to register for the race t-shirt is September 18th, 2026.

In partnership with Access To Independence, the Cortland YMCA brings our 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk to Yaman Park for a race accessible to ALL. The event will also feature a resource fair.

RACE START TIME: 10:00 AM

Check In to receive bibs and hats begins at 9:00 AM

LOCATION: Yaman Park

PARKING: Parking is available at the park

COURSE: The 5K is an extended two loop course that goes through the surrounding neighborhoods of Yaman Park, the 1 mile goes through surrounding neighborhoods of Yaman Park.

There will be day of registrations. Cash only.
