Race day (AI-assisted text)

Race morning will involve picking up your bib if you haven't already purchased one for the series. With wave starts, the flow should be smooth, allowing runners to find their pace without feeling overly crowded at the start. The focus will be on completing the 12K distance and celebrating the conclusion of the T&H season with fellow club members.

The Cottonwood Glen T&H 12K has a dedicated, club-centric personality. It's about consistent participation, shared goals, and the satisfaction of completing a series. The atmosphere is likely encouraging and familiar, a true gathering of local running enthusiasts.

Weather snapshot (AI-assisted text)

Late March in Fort Collins, Colorado, can bring a mix of weather. Expect cool temperatures, potentially crisp and sunny, but be prepared for the possibility of lingering winter conditions like a chilly breeze or even some light snow. Layers are always a good idea for a Colorado spring morning.

Terrain & course feel (AI-assisted text)

Taking place at Cottonwood Glen Park, the course is likely to feature a mix of paved paths and possibly some packed dirt or gravel trails. Given it's a park, expect relatively flat sections with gentle undulations rather than significant climbs, making for a runnable 12K.
