Join us in the 30th anniversary celebration of this family-friendly 5 mile run and/or 3 mile run/walk around beautiful Crystal Lake i n person on August 1, 2026 or to participate virtually , run any place you want to participate, including your own treadmill (through August 8th, 2026)!

*Start times of events allow you to run both the 5 mile and 3 mile if registered for both.

Limited edition T-shirt in your size guaranteed to those who register by July 6, 2026. T-shirts available as supplies last after that date.

Pricing 5 mile and 3 mile: Now until July 6th - $25 includes t-shirt. July 7th to August 1st $30, t-shirts available as supplies last. Race day August 2nd - $35 shirts not available.

Snacks and beverages available to all participants.

Placement awards for 1st - 3rd place and door prizes will be awarded after 2nd race to all who participate in person. Age groups: 8 and under, 9-11, 12-14 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, and 90 and over.

Results will be live during the race and available on this website.

Virtual run times may be turned in through August 8, 2026. Virtual participants are not eligible for awards.

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation .
