From the organizer
Come and join us for a run and a block party to support a great cause!
Your perfect opportunity is Saturday night, September 19th, 2026, 8:00pm for the race and 4 pm for the Block Party in downtown Pikeville!! The streets will be lined with lights and sirens from the Pikeville Police and Fire Department.
There will be music at the Mountain Top Media stage to dance and enjoy! There will also be a dunk booth for you to Dunk a First Responder, food trucks, inflatables, and more!
This year the monies raised along with the registration fees will help with our Christmas with the First Responder program and other community outreach projects for children all throughout Pike County!
The run/walk start/finish line will be at located by the Mountain Top Media Stage on Main Street in downtown Pikeville. We will follow the 5k route, but we get to run at night!!
Finisher medals, chip timing, finish line pictures and videos, 1 free beer token for those who are ages 21+ and 1 free Dunk a First Responder chance for those under the age of 21, are included in your race fee!
We’re thrilled to announce that the Cuffs & Hoses 5K/10K on *September 19, 2026* is hosting a *friendly competition* between all local schools! The school with the *highest participation**—including students, faculty, staff, and coaches—will be recognized and receive a $250 Walmart Gift Card at the event!
