This event supports Define Your Glow, helping restore the home of founder Shannel, a certified run coach, 4 time IRONMAN finishers, and wellness coach whose home suffered severe damage after 27,000 gallons of water flooded the property.
Shanell has spent years helping others rebuild their strength — physically and emotionally — through movement and personal growth.
Now our community is coming together to help rebuild her space so that healing work can continue.
