One of the original multisport festivals in Arkansas...the DeGray Lake Triathlon will feature two triathlon distances (olympic and sprint), a duathlon (sprint), aquabike (olympic) and an open water swim (olympic). There will be a team category for the olympic triathlon.
DeGray Lake is a reservoir on the Caddo River in Arkansas. This beautiful lake and surrounding Ouachita mountains near Hot Springs and Little Rock is an Arkansas resort state park.
Olympic Triathlon: 1,500 meter swim, 40 kilometer bike, 10 kilometer run. Individuals and teams. Sprint Triathlon: 500 yard swim, 13.5 mile bike, 5K run. Individuals only Sprint Duathlon: Run 1: 2 miles, Bike: 13.5 miles Run 2: 3.1 miles Aquabike (swim and bike only): 1,500 meter swim, 42 kilometer bike.
