2025 Delaware Dash for Rare 5K & 1 Mile Walk

The National MPS Society will host a timed 5K run and 1 mile walk, beginning at 9 AM on Saturday, September 27.  Packet pickup and day of registration will open at 7:30 AM.  A picnic for attendees and volunteers will be held after the race!

This event is open to individuals of all ages and abilities. Once you register, either as an individual or as part of a team, you are set. We would love to see the posts of pictures participants on their 5K route. This is completely optional – but since our goal is to bring awareness to MPS and ML, we want to do just that. And by using #MPSAwareness on your social media posts, we will be able to keep up with the fun.

Not able to join in person? Participate virtually!

It is just like any other 5K, except there is no official race location.  You get to choose where, with whom, and even how you want to complete the 5K.  by participating virtually, you can run the 5K at any time leading up to September 27th.  It can even be done in increments, keep track of your distance until you hit the 5K!

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Corporate Sponsorship - $1,500 (Platinum Sponsorship includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, banner at the event and up to 20 participants) Gold Corporate Sponsorship - $1,000 (Gold Sponsorship includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, small sign at the event and up to 15 participants) Team Sponsorship Level 1 - $500 (Team Level 1 sponsorship includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, and up to 10 participants) Team Sponsorship Level 2 - $300 (Team Level 2 sponsorship includes corporate name and logo on back of t-shirt, website recognition, and up to 5 participants)

Information on T-Shirts

In-person runners: Shirts guaranteed if you register by August 10th or for the first 200 registrants. Virtual runners: Register by August 10th to receive your shirt in time!
