Join the 32nd Annual Delaware River 5k Run/Walk, presented by the City of Port Jervis Recreation Department. This event is designed for a fun experience for all participants, from runners to walkers. Compete for trophies and medals awarded by age group, then stay to enjoy post-race entertainment, food trucks, and refreshing drinks. The course begins a short walk from Riverside Park, where registration and the finish line are located, ensuring a smooth flow for race day.

The 32nd Annual Delaware River 5k Run and Walk

We are happy to announce the 2026 race! There are some important things to know about the race, in order that all athletes, family, friends, and event staff can experience a fun event.

DUE TO SAFETY CONCERN FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS WALKERS WILL START IMMEDIATELY AFTER RUNNER S

RUNNERS WILL START AT 9:00 am

Trophies and medals will be awarded after the race. You'll pickup your award near the pavilion by showing your finisher's receipt/time/and age group placement.

Also, after the race hang out with us and enjoy the entertainment, food trucks and drinks.

REGISTRATION AND THE FINISH LINE IS HELD AT RIVERSIDE PARK- 81 KING STREET- STARTING LINE IS APPROXIMATELY A 1/4 MILE FROM RIVERSIDE PARK (DOWN JERSEY AVE.)

AFTER YOU REGISTER YOU MUST WALK/RUN TO STARTING LINE WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 1/4 MILE FROM RIVERSIDE PARK.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT RIVERSIDE PARK AND REGISTER BEFORE 8:30 AM TO PICK UP RACE BIB AND T-SHIRT. RACE WILL START AT 9:00 AM!

PLEASE NOTE REGISTRATION COSTS FOR 2026 ARE- $30 ADULTS, $35 AFTER APRIL 24 AND $22 KIDS 13 AND UNDER $26 AFTER APRIL 24
