Women’s FocusThe 48th annual Delightful® Run for Women invites you to join a supportive community for a 5K experience in Albany, NY. This long-standing event offers both an in-person race in downtown Albany and a flexible virtual option, allowing you to participate on your own chosen course. It's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate women's running, whether you choose to run or walk. The weekend also features a Health and Fitness Expo and dedicated kids' events.

The 48th edition of the world-renowned Delightful® Run for Women presented by Sara Lee® Delightful® Bread will take place in two formats this year. You can choose to participate either in person in downtown Albany on Saturday May 30, 2026 at 9am or virtually (choosing a date between 5/24/26 and 6/1/26 on a course you pick).
