Break out your legwarmers, neon, and hairspray for a themed experience through the beautiful neighborhoods of New Palestine. While not professionally timed, a clock and logging are available if you wish. A portion of proceeds supports local organizations and arts.

From the organizer
Kick of The 10th Anniversary of Summer Fest with our Red White and Blue 5k. As always this is a fun family-friendly run through the heart of New Palestine.
The Dragon Dash is not a professionally timed race. However, we will have a race clock and volunteers to clock your times and add them to the results page.
Price is $30 with a T-shirt -- $20 without. Group pricing is available for groups of 5 or more.
Start time is 8am with registration beginning at 7am. We start/finish at Town Hall with the route taking you through the beautiful neighborhoods of New Pal. You can do the full 5k or turn around for the 1 mile.
All runners will receive a T-shirt, (while supplies last) finishers medal, and finishers pictures will be available for download. Water, bananas and cookies with be provided at the finish line.
Come dressed in your brightest red, white and blue to celebrate with some movement and summertime energy!
The Dragon Dash is just the beginning! This year marks Summer Fest's 10th Anniversary, and we're celebrating in style! After your morning run, join us for a full day of excitement with Summer Fest's vendors, delicious food, refreshing Beer Garden, live music, and our spectacular fireworks show.
