Join us and celebrate Ostomy Awareness Day and the 12th Annual Run For Resilience Ostomy 5k Run/Walk on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026!
All proceeds will benefit the United Ostomy Association of America (UOAA) a 501 3(c) non-profit charity that helps patients living with an ostomy or continent diversion through support, education and advocacy. For more information regarding ostomies visit UOAA's website at www.ostomy.org .

PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded to the top Male and top Female Overall Finishers, top M/F in each age group, as well as to the top Male and Female Ostomates.
OPTIONAL OSTOMY POUCH
Race registration bags will have typical race/sponsor promotional items, ostomy education materials, and most importantly an ostomy pouch provided by one or more of our sponsors. We encourage non-ostomate participants to put on a pouch for the race to improve awareness and empathy for the challenges faced by people living with ostomies.
CREATE OR JOIN A RACE GROUP/TEAM!
Once you’ve registered you have the option to CREATE a new RACE GROUP/TEAM or to JOIN one that’s already been established. This is a great way to get others in your community to Register to Participate in the Run and compete against each other . Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own), order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you! (Please note this is NOT a Team Fundraiser. To set up a Personal or Team Fundraiser, please go to the DONATE button.)
FUNDRAISING
Raise $150 or more and your Registration Fee will be refunded!
Fundraising is an important aspect of our Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K. Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.
We invite you to set up your own Personal or Team Fundraiser when registering to participate in the event, or through our DONATE button at the top of this page. You can create a unique Fundraiser Name and URL address, personalize your fundraising message, and direct your friends and family to your page to join your team or sponsor you in your fundraising goal.
