Eastbound's Christmas in July 5K

First annual 5K to raise funds for the East County Community in need. 100% of profits this year will be donated to Lakeside Union School District Student Support - which directly helps kids and deserving local families during the holidays. 

Join us for a morning of community focused running (or walking), brunch and good times! Race is presented by NXPT fitness at Lindo Lake County Park, and the after party will be at Eastbound Bar & Grill.

First 100 sign ups receive a custom T-shirt and all signups receive a branded tote bag with goodies when picking up their bibs!

-- We suggest getting there a little early to find parking, last minute bib pick ups, and to stretch 

-- Please note: Race start times will all correspond with when each corral is released. If you are running late to the race that time will be added onto your total race time.

DIRECTIONS: 

1. Take I-8 East to CA-67 North

2. Exit on Mapleview Street

3. Take a right onto Vine Street (Immediately after the 7-11)

4. Go through 2 stop signs, Lindo Lake Parking and the race starting line will be on your right hand side by the Lakeside Community Center! 

 

If you cannot find parking at Lindo Lake County Park or on nearby streets, we will also have over flow parking at the following addresses:

Eastbound Bar and Grill: 10053 Maine Ave, Lakeside CA 92040 (Dirt parking lot behind Marys Donuts - Short walk)

Lindo Park Elementary School: 12824 Lakeshore Dr, Lakeside CA 92040 (If headed south on Vine, take a left on Lakeshore Dr., school lot will be on your left hand side - Short walk) 

 

STARTING LINE: 

Will be to the right of Lakeside Community Center at Lindo Lake County Park. See the attached race map for more information, and look for the signs morning of!
