The experience ends on the afternoon of the 17th. This adventure is suitable for adult multisport athletes of ALL levels, beginner to elite! This retreat is not just about training; it's a transformational experience that rejuvenates both the body and spirit, creating connections among those who share the same endorphin fueled dreams! Learn from some of the most knowledgeable experts in their field and leave feeling equipped for success in your upcoming season. Although subject to change, included in the itinerary for the weekend is: 2 night's stay (83% rate it 5 stars on Trip Advisor) Breakfast Saturday and Sunday Lunch and learn sessions on Saturday and Sunday Orientation session Peak Sensation - mental fortitude session Evening yoga & stretch Open water swim training *new* video swim analysis *new* bike maintenance session *new* hitting your power Transition practice Cycling skills & group rides on roads that simulate Eagleman and IMMD course Run skills and drills plus group runs Brick workouts Nutrition seminars Strength training workshop Recovery sessions Closing circle and goal sharing exercises Important! This retreat is limited in space. Adults only. Early registration is required. 50% of your registration is non-refundable up until March 31st. 75% is non-refundable starting April 1st. 100% is non-refundable starting May 1st.
