Keeping with Newbsanity core values, the Extreme Ravine will be the gnarliest trail run you have ever done! The course is laid out on the southern trail system of the Newbsanity Adventure Center. The 5k run will complete one loop, while the 15k will complete 3 loops. Want to take on an even bigger challenge? Try the Extreme Ravine 12 Hour! Expect radical elevation changes on varying terrain, creek crossings, swamps, rocks, roots, ruts, and did we mention extreme elevation changes?
Rucking Class : Participants in this class must complete the course wearing a weighted ruck/backpack or weight vest. Weight requirements are as follows:
Ruck or Backpack: 20# female/30# male
