From the organizer

The purpose of the Fathers and Families race event is to promote the vital role fathers play as a stabilizing presence in the home and community. Hosted by A Father’s Legacy, Inc., the Second Annual Fathers and Families Fun Walk/Run raises awareness and support for programs that empower both young and mature fathers to build strong families and thriving communities.

The race will be held at the beautiful Pratt Park 120 River Rd, Fredericksburg. This paved and gravel course winds its way along the back side of the YMCA.  We will have music on site, a photographer, an award ceremony, and refreshments after the completion of the race at Pratt Park.

Registration Fee Includes: • Official T-Shirt (t-shirts and t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after 5/22/26) • Finisher Medals • Monetary Gift Awards • Post Race Refreshments

Food will also be available for purchase from Shawarma Rama's food truck!
