When: Five weeks, on Sundays (April 19, 26, May 3, 17, and 24)
Session 1: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Session 2: 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Level 2! This group is designed to build on knowledge of running and track events from the previous year.
*Participants must be at least 9 years old and have participated in a previous season.
Where: Boardman High School Stadium, 7777 Glenwood Ave, Boardman, OH 44512
Who Can Join: Kids Grade K - 6. *Must be 5 years old to participate.
What: Get out, get active, and learn about Track and Field! Each week kids will be broken into groups based on their age and rotate through multiple events learning about each one: Events include: 100 meters, Hurdles, Long Jump, 4x100 Meter Relay, Throws, and 1/2 Mile Run.
What's Included: T-shirt, Water and a Fruit Snack following each week's event, and free registration into "The Mile", a 1-Mile Run/Walk event held on May 24 (week 5) at Boardman High School.
Cost: $55 per child
THE MILE: Held on the 5th week, a 1-Mile walk/run to celebrate the accomplishment of our participants. Family members are encouraged to register HERE.
