Highland DDA “Will Run for Pickles!” 5K Run/Walk Kick off the Founders' Day Festival with a fun, flavorful 5K through some of Highland’s favorite spots! Whether you run, walk, or jog for the love of pickles, this community race is the perfect start to your Saturday. Date: Saturday, May 16th Race Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM Check-In: 7:00 AM – 7:45 AM Cost: $35 (includes event T-shirt!) Parking: 305 N. John Street Field Route Highlights: This year’s course will take participants through portions of Downtown Highland, across the scenic Highland Station Boardwalk, and through the beautiful Prestwick Village Golf Club area. After the Race: Stick around and enjoy the Founders' Day Festival! The fun continues with a 10:00 AM parade, a lively Kids Zone, local crafters and vendors, and delicious food trucks serving up festival favorites all day long. Bring your friends, family, and best pickle‑themed spirit gear to make this a dill‑lightful morning! Register early, and we’ll see you at the starting line!
