Run for Hope

The Sierra Cascades Run for Hope is a meaningful community event created to bring people together in support, remembrance, and hope. This run represents every stage of the cancer journey-those currently in treatment, showing extraordinary courage each day; the survivors whose strength inspires others; the loved ones who remain forever part of our lives; and the families and caregivers who stand beside them through it all.

On this day participants don’t just show up to run or walk. They show up for someone.…for a Friend…for a Parent…for a Child…for Themselves. Each step becomes more than movement-it becomes a symbol of support, strength, and unity.

Run for Hope creates a space where the community comes together to lift one another, share encouragement, and stand side by side in a way that reminds every person they are not alone in their journey.

With distances welcoming both runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, this event is open to everyone who wants to be a part of something meaningful. Because Run for Hope is not defined by finish times, but by the people, stories, and hearts that move together.
