Welcome to the FROSTY TO FIT CHALLENGE! This challenge is an opportunity to set new goals and/or keep your motivation going through the colder months. This challenge will begin on February 1 and last through April 30 -- 3 months. All participants will receive a poly-blend soft cotton event tee, custom socks, and a finisher's medal. Grab a friend/family member/running buddy (or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5) or take the solo challenge! This challenge will offer four distance options:

We have added PLANKS as a new logged activity. For that activity, you will enter the TIME. This does not count towards mileage goals for the challenge, rather it's just another activity for your own personal tracking/goals.

100 Miles
This distance is open to individuals only and equates to just over 1 mile a day over the course of the challenge. You do not have to distribute your miles evenly, the 100 miles can be conquered however quickly, casually, or sporadically you choose.

300 Miles
This distance is open to individuals and teams. Team members do not have have complete an equal number of miles and the team members do not have to be in the same area. Each member can log their own miles and they will be added together for a team mileage total. If you are completing the 300 mile challenge as an individual it equates to just over 3 miles a day.

500 Miles
This distance is open to individuals and teams. Team members do not have have complete an equal number of miles and the team members do not have to be in the same area. Each member can log their own miles and they will be added together for a team mileage total. If you are completing the 500 mile challenge as an individual it equates to just over 5.5 miles a day.

800 Miles
This distance is open to individuals and teams. Team members do not have have complete an equal number of miles and the team members do not have to be in the same area. Each member can log their own miles and they will be added together for a team mileage total. If you are completing the 500 mile challenge as an individual it equates to almost 9 miles a day.

Counted Miles: For any of the distances, you can log running/walking miles, biking miles, swimming miles, or paddle/row miles. The miles can be outside or they can be inside (Peloton, treadmill). When you submit your results, you will be able to select the corresponding activity that you did. All distances will be able to go OVER the goal distance for that challenge and miles can continued to be logged. You are not trapped by the number if you exceed expectations.

Results
Tracking/logging miles is super simple. You will simply click on RESULTS on the menu bar, then hit the button that says "Submit Virtual Results" and follow the on screen prompts. You can log miles daily or weekly, whatever you choose. You can also log as many times a day as you need, which is great for kids who go out and ride their bike 10 times and want to log each time..

If you have any trouble logging results, CLICK HERE for more information.

If you are on a team, when you are on the Results page you will be able to click on TEAM RESULTS and select your team category (for example, 300 Mile Team) and see the Team Standings.

Build Your Trophy Case
As you move through the Challenge, you will be able to unlock various badges as you complete various milestones. These will be housed in your virtual trophy case on your results page. Some badges you'll get for completing certain distances and some you'll get for logging miles on certain days some badges you'll get for a days-long streak of activity.
