Age group awards Overall male & female awards “Heavy Load” category: Women carry a minimum of 12 lbs and men a minimum of 20 lbs (tactical vest, plates, or rucksack). Top male and female finishers awarded! Finisher shirts, good food, and post-race celebration at the park! 🎉 Back this year: 1 Mile Fun Run! Perfect for families and those looking for a shorter distance.
