From the organizer
In 2025, Happy Soles participants helped Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry purchase 3.5 million pounds of food to feed over 50,000 households. For all of those that laced up their sneakers or rode their bikes in 2025, we cannot thank you enough for your support of our mission. But, we need your help again this year!!
The Challenges 1. Happy Soles will be held at Taylor Heritage Park Sheridan Pavillion. The route will take the racers through the beautiful Heritage Park. Our racers can walk, run, or bike the route - or even participate virtually! We appreciate your support.
2. The final piece of the challenge comes in the form of fundraising! The need has continuously grown at Fish & Loaves, with more and more families seeking resources and help every day. Due to the increased need for food, we're encouraging you to fundraise as you strive to hit your mileage goal. Within your dashboard, you can create a fundraising page to track your efforts and share them with friends and family using your own social and email channels. Help motivate them to join you in the miles or in fundraising for your goal!
100% of ALL proceeds will help Fish & Loaves purchase food for households in 2026.
The first 300 participants will receive a Happy Soles Medal. REGISTER BY MAY 11th TO GUARANTEE A T-SHIRT *Event t-shirts run big, so plan accordingly when you register.
Packet pickup will be on Saturday, June 6 from 1-2:30 at Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry 25670 Northline, Taylor, Mi 48180 and at the event on June 1 starting at 7 am.
All proceeds from our 17th Annual Happy Soles 5k support Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry. Please take the challenge and help us fundraise through this event!
