TLC Chiropractic is hosting our Fifth Annual Head Heart & Hands 5K Run/1 Mile Walk on Saturday, September 26th, 2026.

For the past four years, we’ve been honored to donate the proceeds of our race to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).

This year, our goal is to raise $3,500—and with your help, we know we can do it! Join us in making a difference for mental health. Every step counts.

We are bringing our community together to Run & Walk in Honor of All People of Service: Veterans & Active Military Police Officers Nurses & Healthcare Workers Firefighters Community Leaders Proceeds Going to MontCo's Chapter of the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) , Who Serve Our Very Bravest! https://namimontcopa.org/get-involved/donate/ As we run & walk together through the streets and trails of Willow Grove, we will appreciate the way these People of Service have helped and continue to help our community every day!
