The Innsbrook Half & 10k returns for 2026. Run on one of the most scenic, beautiful and challenging courses in the Midwest during the peak of fall color in Missouri! Hosted by Big River Race Management at the beautiful Innsbrook Resort. Located just one hour from St. Louis, runners and walkers will be treated to 13.1 or 6.2 miles on a mix of pavement and smooth gravel roads. A certified course, custom finisher medal, premium long-sleeved giveaway, a catered to-go lunch, live music and cold beer wait at the finish - you are not going to want to miss this event!
