This early morning run or walk along the iconic boardwalk offers a fast and flat out-and-back course, perfect for setting a personal best. The event supports the Rehoboth Beach Patrol, making your participation meaningful. Celebrate your finish with a post-race gathering at the bandstand and vie for custom awards across many age categories.

PACKET PICKUP

Depending on the registered amount- we will decide as it gets closer to race day. Our normal Strider policy is if it goes over 200 pre-registered we activate a early packet pick-up.

RACE TIME

Time...7:00 am This race is earlier than the norm due to heat/humidity in August and the guards having to report to duty at 9 am. Thank You for your understanding and cooperation.,

RACE REGISTRATION:

$30.00 "Early Bird" Registration...through August 2nd at midnight $35.00 "Pre" Registration...August 3rd through August 14th at midnight $40.00 "Last Chance" Race-Day Registration 6:00 am and will close at 6:50 am

Registration will be done online through runsignup. All participants registered by Monday, August 10th will be guaranteed a t-shirt, while registrations received after are "first come" Registration can also be done through the mail by printing out the universal entry form, filling it out, including payment and mailing to Seashore Striders C/O RBP Lifeguard 5k, 9 Gander Lane; Lewes, DE. 19958. Please mail early so that it arrives by Monday, August 10th to secure your shirt.
