The 17th Annual Knox County Triathlon, Duathlon, and Super Triathlon welcomes athletes age 9 and older to historic Vincennes, Indiana. Hosted by the Vincennes City Parks and Recreation Department, this event offers a challenge for both beginners and experienced participants. Choose from a traditional sprint triathlon, duathlon, or the unique new Super Triathlon format. The course features swimming at Rainbow Beach Aquatic Center, a flat to gently rolling bike route, and a run through local neighborhoods. Funds raised support Vincennes Parks.

17TH ANNUAL SPRINT TRIATHLON & DUATHLON hosted by the Vincennes City Parks and Recreation Department in historic Vincennes, Indiana invites men, women and children, age 9 and older, to swim-bike-run, run-bike-run or NEW this year the Super Triathlon which is a Swim-Bike-Run-Swim-Bike-Run.

This event challenges all, whether a beginner or experienced athlete, to experience the thrill of the finish line! Starting and concluding at Gregg Park, the course includes swimming at Vincennes’ Rainbow Beach Aquatic Center, biking a flat to gentle rolling route to Fritchton and back; and running the neighborhoods bordering the park. The funds raised from this event are used for the betterment of Vincennes Parks!

200 Meter Swim - 10 Mile Bike - 5K Run
