Start your Thanksgiving morning with the LOTO Turkey Trot 5K, a cherished family tradition in Camdenton. Now in its 17th year, this event invites runners and walkers of all ages to enjoy a festive start to the holiday. Embrace friendly competition and camaraderie while supporting a wonderful cause. All profits benefit the Share the Harvest food pantry and the Camdenton Cross Country team, making your participation truly meaningful.

The Lake of the Ozarks Turkey Trot 5K is a family tradition held on Thanksgiving morning at Camdenton High School. 2026 will be the 17th year for this event. It's attended by many families who want to kick their holiday off with some exercise, friendly competition and camaraderie.
This year we have a one mile fun run for kids and adults who don't want to do the full 5k course.
The fun run begins at 7:45, the 5k at 8:30. Walk-up registration will open at 7:00am.
Hosted by FundRuns, all profits go to Share the Harvest food pantry and the Camdenton Cross Country team.
PACKET PICKUP
We will have a Wednesday evening packet pickup. Location TBD. Race morning packet pickup will start at 7:00am at the high school, 662 Laker Pride Rd, Camdenton. On-site registration will also be available at those times for people that still want to join us.
AWARDS
There will be no awards for the fun run. Participants completing the event will receive a finishers item.
Overall Male & Female winners receive a plaque and a cash prize.
Men's and Women's Divisions awards are given in the following age groups:15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 & 70 and up.
For boys and girls in the following age groups medals are given: 10 & under, 11-14.
Finish times will be based on gun time, not chip time.
