FestiveEmbrace the holiday spirit at this festive event in Kerrville, TX, offering 5K, 10K, and half marathon distances. The paved, out-and-back course welcomes runners to enjoy a mild December morning. While costumes are encouraged to add to the fun, they are not required. All finishers receive a themed medal, and participants can earn points towards the US Road Running Race Series. It's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the season with a run.
What to expect
Race Information The race starts at 8:00 AM. Packet pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts. All runners must register on RunSignup. No on-site registration.
Additional Information This course is paved. Setup will be at Pavilion 1, located at the top of the hill next to the bathrooms. Please note: no signs are allowed at this location—cones will be used for guidance.
5K & 10K Course (0.78) https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6669750729/ This is an out-and-back course. (1.04) The 5K does the course two time. The 10K does the course four times.
Half Marathon Course (1.09) https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/6658805383/ This is an out-and-back course. (2.18) The Half Marathon does the course six times.
Course Time Limit 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Finisher Medals All finishers will receive a themed medal.
Best Costume Wearing a costume is not required, but we do encourage it.
