"THE PAIN PASSES, BUT THE BEAUTY REMAINS" 5K Asphalt 9:00 AM 5K Offroad 9:05 Am 1M Community Walk 9:10 AM

TWO COURSE OPTIONS: Roads will be closed. 5K Offroad Trail Race - What goes up must come down. Immerse yourself in the beauty and hard demanding challenge of ups & downs varied countryside course over manicured grass, dirt & wooded trails. Paths thru farms of corn, hay & Christmas trees. 5K Asphalt Road Race - Countryside dash to the county line and back on all asphalt only, scenic and peaceful with some ups & downs but enjoyable for all. All abilities walk on a closed fairly flat asphalt road approximately 1 mile split halfway there or any distance you are capable of.

AMENITIES: Preregistrants (by Sept. 1st) of 5K runs and 1M Walk guarantees T-shirt & swag bag. Held in conjunction with our Celebration of Community event with family-oriented fun, COUNTRY BBQ, cornhole tournament, games and music. HUGE BASKET RAFFLE. Nearby hiking, biking, rafting, shopping, camping & State parks. Held rain or shine. No refunds or mailed awards. Instant results chip timing & photographer on site.

AWARDS: Immediately after Overall Male & Female winners plus M&F age brackets. No walk awards but shirts & swag if preregister.

FUN PRIZES: Varied prizes for costumes, themes, teams, decorated kids wagons & baby strollers, best of show, etc. HAVE FUN.

ENTRY: For LIVE 5K or 1M walk $25 if postmarked by SEPTEMBER 1st, 2025. Afterwards, inc. day of race $30 with shirts/swag as available till sold out.

BOTH RUN & WALK KIDS 13 & under FREE or donation of your choice (kids event gift included but not a tshirt)

DIRECTIONS: EASY just off Route 443 farmlands between LEHIGHTON & TAMAQUA. COAL REGION, POCONOS near JIM THORPE.
