The weekend is rounded out with a Health & Fitness Expo and a lively block party featuring live music.

Join us for a premier midwest race weekend, with our NEW FINISH LINE IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN ROCHESTER! This is the one to run in 2026!
Weekend events include: Boston Qualifier/USATF certified Marathon, Marathon Relay (2 or 4 person teams), GPC Half Marathon, Altra 5K, GLK Kids Race, Med City Health & Fitness Expo, and Med City Block party with some great midwest live music groups.
After-Party
