If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I could run a 5K someday,” this is your moment. Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries Beginner 5K Training Program is designed for anyone new to running or walking. With the support of a coach, mentors and a welcoming community, you’ll build fitness, confidence and friendships as you work toward your goal.
Whether you're training for your first 5K, or you're a bit more experienced, individuals of all experience levels are warmly encouraged to sign up.
