The North Boroughs 5K and 1 Mile Walk is a fun community event in the boroughs of Bellevue and Avalon. All proceeds from the race stay in the community with the proceeds split between Bellevue Forward, a local non-profit and the Northgate Cross County Boosters. Bellevue Forward is dedicated to driving economic growth and fostering cultural engagement within our community. We are committed to revitalizing Bellevue by supporting local businesses, promoting sustainable development, and creating vibrant spaces where residents and visitors can connect, thrive, and experience the unique charm of our borough. Through collaboration and innovation, Bellevue Forward aims to build a prosperous, inclusive, and dynamic future for all who wish to live, work, play, learn, and thrive in Bellevue. The Northgate Cross County Boosters provide the majority of funding to keep the team running. The money raised from the North Boroughs 5K supports both the middle school and high school runners. It will be utilized for team snacks and meals, spirit wear, end-of-season banquets, training gear and much more.

1 Mile Walk starts at 8 am. The 5k run/walk starts at 8:15 am.
