Whether you walk in support of yourself, a friend, or a loved one, every step helps break the stigma and promote compassion and understanding. Come walk with us, connect with others, and help spread the message that mental health matters. Everyone is welcome! There will be music, face painting, and local organizations available to share information about mental health resources and services. Our goal for the Mental Health Awareness Walk is to help create a calming space at our high school—a safe, welcoming environment where students can find peace, support, and a moment to breathe during challenging times. Your donation, no matter the size, will directly contribute to a space that promotes emotional well-being, reduces stress, and reminds every student that they are not alone. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most. We will have music, games, face painting, and Mister Softee! Take the first step toward better mental health—join us outside and on the track!
