RACE START : 9 a.m.
PARKING : St. Pierre Education Center, 3757 Upper Bellbrook Rd, Bellbrook, Ohio 45305 (next to Bellbrook High School).
REGISTRATION : Registration is available to all through RunSignup prior to the race. In-person race day registration is also available from 8:00-8:45am at the St. Pierre Education Center. Minors may be registered on RunSignup by a parent or guardian or in-person with a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver.
CHECK-IN : All participants must check-in at the St Pierre Education Center before the race and attach their assigned timing chip to one of their shoes.
COURSE : The Sugar Maple Festival 5k course begins in front of the St. Pierre Education Center, follows paved bike paths and neighborhood streets, and ends on the Miami Valley South Stadium track behind the Education Center. See the course and parking map.
FEES :
All Current ORRRC Members Run for Free (Fee waived automatically when your RSU membership profile is used, or bring your card/proof of membership to the event))
Non-Members: – $10 for ages 15 and up – Free for ages 14 and under
Members, if you don't register through RunSignup, you absolutely MUST show proof of membership on race day to be eligible for the member fees! No exceptions!

Race Day Registration: available online until approximately 15 minutes before race start time; hard copy registration sheets also available if needed. We recommend you arrive at least one hour before the race to park, register, and warm-up prior to the race start.
AWARDS : First Overall Male/Female, First Male/Female Masters (40 and over), First Grand Master Male/Female (50 and over), First Male/Female Senior (60 and over), and, excluding these winners, the following age group categories: 9 and under (non-competitive, all finishers are winners), 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & up.
