Looking for a Michigan spring 5K or 10K that’s unlike anything else? Prove It 5K & 10K gives you exclusive access to the GM Milford Proving Ground, one of the most iconic and secretive automotive testing facilities in the world. Normally closed to the public, this track opens just one day each year for runners and walkers to take on its twists, hills, and high-performance curves.

This isn’t your typical local race. The 5K packs 225′ of elevation gain in one lap of the course. The 10K doubles the challenge with two laps and 450′ of gain. Both races are USATF-certified, making them perfect for testing your speed and endurance. Want more? Register for the Double Event to run both distances back-to-back for the ultimate test.

Trivium Michigan Mega Medal Series

Prove It 5K & 10K is the first race in the 2026 Trivium Michigan Mega Medal Series. Each medal features the path of its race and connects to the others, forming one giant, six-piece medal by year’s end. Series registration also saves you money on entry fees.
